Sworn / court certification
Also legalization. The court translator certifies, by his signature and seal on the affixed document, that the translation complies with the text of the original document which is also attached.
Court translator / interpreter
The translator / interpreter is appointed and registered with the appropriate Czech regional court. He is certified for particular language, which indentified himself by translator ID and has right to use round stamp to seal his translations.
The interpreter's endorsement
Also interpreter’s certificate. It is a document, is written in the same language as the translation, confirming authenticity of the translator and that the translation complies with the text of the original document. It bears signature of the translator, his ID, declaration of authenticity, and round stamp.
